BIO Partnering is a proprietary platform built to streamline meeting scheduling at biotech events. Its double opt-in system ensures high-quality matches, while advanced search, smart filtering, and real-time scheduling tools help users efficiently identify and secure the right meetings. An intuitive interface and responsive design keep workflows frictionless, enabling teams to focus on building valuable partnerships. Scalable across BIO’s global events, the platform supports organizations across the biotech ecosystem in planning, managing, and maximizing every partnering opportunity.

The challenge

BIO’s legacy platform, managed by a third-party vendor, could not scale to meet growing event and partnering needs. We were tasked with designing and building a new system while ensuring ongoing operations on the existing platform.

Our impact

BIO Partnering launched successfully, with meetings in 2025 growing approximately 7.7% year over year. Ongoing feature enhancements and platform improvements have strengthened event management capabilities and expanded partnering opportunities to include both BIO’s signature annual events and white-labeled deployments.
