Eric Eng is an experience director whose work spans financial services, healthcare, and retail, alongside an ongoing passion for arts and architecture. Across consultancy and in-house roles, he builds cross-disciplinary teams on collaboration, clarity, and trust. He leads them to solve complex problems with outcome-driven experiences.
Eric came to design through practice, spending a decade at LAGA before studying at Maine College of Art & Design. He went on to complete postgraduate study at the London College of Communication, remaining in London to consult for British and European cultural institutions and architecture practices, among them Zaha Hadid Architects. He also taught and advised students at several London universities, including the London College of Communication. In New York, he has held roles at Union Design, The Wall Street Journal, IBM Watson Health, and JPMorgan Chase. He is currently associate experience director at Publicis Sapient.
